if you’re so committed to kashrut why isn’t your meat glatt kosher?
the advert tells you they only use the front part of the cow and therefore it must be good. Doesn’t filet mignon come from the back part of the cow?
Up your kashrut standards and get an outside organization to certify you, not your own organization. It’s like if Marlboro certified their cigarettes as SUPER HEALTHY. They’re a little too close to the organization to be relied upon.
I’m not saying Hebrew National isn’t kosher, chatz v’shalom – but I can’t rely on an organization’s own kashrut verification. Certification has to come from outside for meat, cheese, and wine.
